I'd like to interrupt your Supernatural hellatus to bring you this very special, shiny, spam:

Eleven! Oh I love you, Eleven! I mean, Ten is still my Doctor, but truth be told, I think I'd rather be your companion. Ten was a little...how can I put this nicely...fucked in the head towards the end there. I mean, Katrina and I spent a month sobbing our eyes out when the ever-so-shiny BBC announced that David Tennant was leaving the role, and then what they did to Donna. DONNA. I'm still not over that, BBC. Seriously. Who do you think you are? The CW? Don't sink to their level. You're better than that. You're...you're...British.

Anyway, lookit Eleven. Lookit Amy and Rory.

Rose who?

(I'm sorry, Rose. I take that back. I love you. I wish I had Billie Piper's eyebrows.)

Is it can be Easter now?

Oh look, more spam. It's my favorite-est Doctor Who fanvid ever. I just want to hug it and love it and snuggle it forever. It makes me feel kinda guilty for not having a huge interest in watching the original stuff. Katrina mocks me all the time. She has mad mad mad love for Two, Three, and Four, in fact, she has a poster on her and my bro's fridge with Jon Pertwee slapping someone that says "You shut your whore mouth when the doctor is talking." Yeah. No. Really.

"You'll watch the stupid fucking American TV movie, which is like, fucking blasphemy, but cardboard Daleks are too much for you?"

"HEY NOW. PAUL MCGANN WAS IN THE STUPID FUCKING AMERICAN MOVIE AND HE'S SHINY. AND YOU SAID EIGHT IS YOUR FAVORITE "NEW" DOCTOR."

"...shut your whore mouth."

PS: Katrina turns 21 tomorrow. I plan on getting her drunk and picking fights over who the best Doctor is. XD

I'm sorry. I'll go sit down now.

4'' penis. Oh my.

I played pool last night too! Katrina had never played before and we felt it was a requirement. Don The Bouncer showed her how to shoot. It was great.

I don't know if I would want to go to a con either. I kinda feel bad about the entire idea of meet and greet. You aren't really meeting them, you know? It's not an organic experience at all. I think I would feel less awkward running into Jared on the street or something. (Honestly, I don't know if I would have the guts to walk up to Jensen on the street, just because he's so much more reserved than Jared. Jared is all SPARKLY SUNSHINE WHEEEE! And...Idk. Sometimes I get the impression that Jensen would rather be doing something else, doesn't know what to say to people/interact with fans. And I totally don't mean that as a dis. I get it. I also heard that he's actually kinda shy, which would also explain his AWKWARD. It just kinda...makes me feel apprehensive about talking to him because if I got the impression that he didn't want to converse with me, I would feel like a total ass. /rant)

I hope work went well today and you (and Steph and Paul) weren't ill this morning! <3

Oh, I was awesome this morning. I skipped off to work leaving the pair of them to cry in their state of hunoverness. Apparently they stayed awake until *SIX IN THE MORNING*, whereas I was comfortable and asleep by three. It was okay though, we don't do it often, and although they don't listen to me and just do whatever the hell they want, I s'pose it was fun.

Steph and I are just about to dye our hair. She's redoing her 'Red Passion' and I'm going for 'Midnight Red'. I don't even know why I'm doing mine, it's just kind of tradition to do our hair together, and if it sucks I'll change it. It's quite dark this one, so tomorrow I might be a goth. Y'never know.

The idea of a con doesn't really sit well with me either. I was actually thinking today (whilst in the presence of huge hulk-tall guy at work who was also super-gorgeous) that I'd just DIE in any situation where J2 were involved. They're too good-looking for me. Seriously. I get what you mean with Jared and Jensen though, Jensen does seem reserved and you wouldn't want to force him into a conversation. I bet they get some seriously creepy-ass questions from fans and butt squeezes and general nastiness. I know we're all awesome around here, but fangirls are notoriously awful.

Do you ever read J2 fic? LOL. It's quite cute sometimes, but I do get a bit freaked out by the fact they are real people.

What have you been doing today? Tonight was the last of my three-night sleepover at home, we had an indian take-away and my Dad and I put away a bottle of sparkling wine. I will stop. One day.

*Hugs*

Midnight red sounds pretty!

I can't wrap my head around J2 fic. I can't get past the fact that they are real people. Lol. It just...bugs me.I've tried reading a few stories because the summaries sounded awesome...and they were well-written and everything, but I just couldn't get through them. I felt creepy. Heh.

I cleaned out my car earlier today. I had to get new wiper blades and I bought the primer and sandpaper to fix the paint damage, but AutoZone didn't have the right color paint. They said I'll probably have to order it online or something. UGH.

Ummm. I made pork chops and mashed potatoes for dinner and they were awesome. I mixed breadcrumbs with Bisquick and baked them OMG. I did it with chicken once and it FAILED, so I was really excited when it worked well with pork chops.

I'm a little peeved at Owen because this weekend is his fraternity's spring formal. We had plans to go, but ended up cancelling them when he got the job in Michigan because he didn't think he'd be able to go...and then he randomly decided to go today because his one friend offered to pay for his hotel room. In his defense, it was a last-minute decision, and he even called me and said his frat brothers were asking about me and wanted me to drive out...but I just can't. It's a three-hour drive and I don't have the gas money. If the decision to go had been made earlier, I probably would have budgeted for it. So. I'm jealous. Lol. He's getting drunk in a swanky hotel in Cleveland right now and I'm watching the Pens game with my brother.

*sigh*

And we're losing.

*hugs*

Aww. *Hugs* I hope you had a good evening regardless, did they lose in the end?

My hair is now Midnight Red pretty much black. It's okay though, 'cause I've been black and I've been red, so the two together can't be too bad, right?! It's nice and soft which is awesome.

That's the thing that scares me about getting a car - the whole 'having to learn car-stuff'. I could never touch up paint or change the wipers. I can't remember anything about the engine that I had to learn for my driving test. Maybe I'll get my butt into gear (hehe) when I'm rich enough to afford one.

I had to look up Biquick, heh. What is it? Google wasn't very useful. I figured out that it was Betty Crocker, but that's about it. I'm not exactly a culinary wizzkid!

I have read some J2 AU fic that has been great, but I'm not really big on it.

Sam 'n' Dean all the way.

I hope you have a good Sunday.

They won! They kicked ass in the third period and came ahead by two goals. Heee. *smishes* My boys have worked so hard this season. Our two "star players" have been out with injuries since December, and our goalie spent most of January being brilliantly bad at his job.

And then, February came, and everyone stepped up, and now we're securely in a playoff spot, and our goalie is actually in the running for league MVP, which is awesome because he is my BB. GOALIE PADS ARE SEXY, OK.

Heee.

I know most of what I know about cars from years of driving really crappy cars that tended to need repairs on-the-go. It's kinda funny. Owen can't even point out where his radiator is. I used to have a car, when I was in high school, that had a hole in the radiator, and every few miles, I had to stop and pull over to add water so the engine didn't overheat. Heh. 1991 Chevy Cavalier. My first car. I despised that car.

Bisquick is pretty amazing. It's just this kinda multi-purpose baking mix. It's mostly used to make pancakes, but you can make breading or biscuits from it too.

I also hope you have a good Sunday! My cousins guilted me into going to church with them, so that'll be my morning adventure. They're pentecostal. Pentecostals are scary. "Faith," its like "Faith" except with more speaking in tongues and twitching in the aisle and crying and getting way too touchy for my tastes, and that's saying alot because I grew up in a Baptist church, which is like, Pentecostal for Wussies.

UGH. WHY DO I LET THEM TALK ME INTO SHIT LIKE THIS?

Then there's the wedding shower later. I'm using it as an excuse to run away from the Sunday morning cultists before the kool-ade starts getting passed around.

Whoooo! I'm glad that they won for you. I've never been passionate about sport. My sister Hayley plays all-girls football and I know she is really good, but I've never been interested. I'll watch football during the World Cup and other major events, but I've just never been a huge fan. I'd rather watch WWE Wrestling, and that is certainly an embarrassing admission.

Crappy cars have character, so it's okay. It just must have sucked that your version of 'classic' just meant OLD. *Grin*

I hope Church wasn't too horrendous. I went at Christmas a couple of years back and it really creeped me out seeing as I don't follow religion and it was Church of England or something. I really don't know enough about religion which isn't good considing we have a community of Asian muslim/sikh's in our city and I have always worked with them on my work placements.

I hope the Wedding Shower goes awesome too! You'll have to let me know what kind of things you get up to. :-)

I'm glad they won too! The coaches even said Sidney Crosby, our (stupidly sexy) captain, might be back in time for playoffs. Mmm.

I could never get into wrestling. I tried, but giant hulking men just never did it for me. Even Jared circa s4-5 was pushing it. I was like, "bb, stop taking steroids and go eat a salad." My brother was really into it for awhile though.

Church was...well, there will be an entry on it at some point tonight. It was awful for reasons that were unexpected, and the moral of the story is that I'm converting to Catholicism to spite everyone. UGH.

The wedding shower was great! I didn't know anyone (there was seriously no one else from Adventureland there and I was like D:) but then I met up with one of the bride's friends from college and SHE didn't know anyone either, so we sat at our own table and had a nice time. The food was phenomenal, and I won one of the gift baskets that the bride was giving away! Eee!

How was your day? How was work?

Ah, going to bed now so will comment tomorrow okay?

Hi! I'm awake now. Well, kind of.

It's Bowling for Soup day today! We've gotta catch the train to Wolverhampton, which is like, the next city over. It's only fifteen minutes or so on the train and it won't be to expensive to get there.

We usually gig in Birmingham as our city has an awesome venue that all of the bands go to, but for some reason BFS just didn't get in there this time. I assume it's because it was already fully booked in regards to their schedule - I hope so anyway, 'cause although I've never been to the Wolverhampton Civic where the gig is, I can't imagine it kicks as much ass as our O2 Academy. I know all of the security guys there, so... *sulk* Heh. It'll be an experience though, epecially considering we get to meet the guys.

I'm saving my camera for important pictures ONLY, as last time I went to the same acoustic tour, I basically recorded a whole bunch of songs and not only did I never watch them back, I deleted my whole photo library on my imac so everything is gone. I want to enjoy myself tonight. I'm super-excited but scared at the same time! We get to *meet* them, and I don't even have anything to say. It's just gonna be a "hey! I'm looking forward to the show..." thing, I imagine. Should be awesome though, right? Right.

I'm glad the bridal shower went well, I'm sure I'll catch up on the other shenanigans soon! What did you win? I love winning stuff. The other day I felt lucky for some reason so I bought £10 of scratchcards and then won £20. Awesome.

I hope your Monday goes well. I'm still waking up at the moment and planning to have a shower. I'd imagine my sister and I will want to go to Wolverhampton around noon-ish and although we can't get in 'til 5pm we'll look around and probably queue early. We're a sucker for that.

I'm excited for Bowling for Soup! I hope it's a good time. I'm sure it will be. Don't feel bad about not having anything to say: having nothing to say is better than saying something creepy. Yes. Yes, it is.

And a train ride! I love trains. No, really. I used to Amtrak to New Jersey all the time

I won a basket full of Bath and Body Works stuff: lotion, candles, soap...I looove Bath and Body Works, especially the spa stuff, which I never get to buy for myself because it's expensive. *flails*

I keep sitting here eating my cereal and reminding myself to go to the new office today. I have no idea what desk situation will ultimately shape up to be, so, if I'm not too chatty today, don't worry, it just means there's a bazillion people looking over my shoulder. :(

*hugs*

Have fun today!

Well... if it's a 'first come, first served' deal... RUN. GET THE BEST DESK! I'm sure it'll be allocated, but meh. It's a fun idea.

I should try and spend the day with my sister and not LJ via my iPhone, but you know how well that works out. If you manage to comment, you'll get toilet-texts at least. <3

It's so cool that you won that, and it's going to be even more awesome using it all considering you didn't pay for it.

I like trains too, although I don't go on them enough. I went to London on the train once, and Brighton... 2+ hour train rides are fun, and I'd love to do it now as I'd just write the whole time.

The time Sam and Dean were forced to ride a train....

Did you see my fic for the [livejournal.com profile] silverbullets challenge? I wanted to make it Adventureland so freakin' bad, but instead it was just a ferris wheel in some crappy town. Hee. ♥

I should go shower now and then get ready to leave. I have my clothes (and shoes) laid out on the bed. Denim skirt, black tights, BFS tee and vans slip-ons that have seen better days. But they're awesomely comfortable.

I'm kind of *not* excited, but I figure when we're leaving and I'm dressed... \o/ I'm trying to cram BFS songs into my morning, as I have abandoned them recently. It's weird 'cause tomorrow I will have a BFS obsession again I'm sure of it.

Yeeeah, desks were assigned. The new building is SWANKY. Like, it's so nice that I don't mind wearing heels everyday. Still, it's a long drive and my cubicle position sucks. Definitely going to inhibit my ability to sneak peeks at LJ a bazillion times a day. :(

I did see your fic! I thought it was so sweet. Ferris wheels are so great. One of them actually played a fairly important part in one of my original stories. They're just amazing. I loved your Sam n' Dean story though. Aw. DEAN.

I hope the BFS show was awesome! I just finished dinner and an episode of Dexter. It's storming pretty bad here, so I'm going to go locate my gas lantern in case the lights go out. They've been flickering.

That's awesome that it's nice! Sucks that you're not in a great spot, but that's okay... Not like you should have been able to do it anyway!

Steph and I just got on a train that we knew we didn't have the right ticket for (ours was only for a certain train operator and the last train was a different one) and luckily we didn't get checked. We were going to play innocent if they asked and just say we didn't know! ;-)

BFS was absolutely amazing. <3 Jaret is a freakin' God. He was the sweetest man in the world at meet and great, he signed my name on a poster and was lovely. I said to him 'gosh, my hands are shaking' and he patted my shoulder and said we would get through this. Lol. I was at the front for the whole show, and at the end he had one guitar pick he'd been using the whole time and passed it to me, through a sea of hands! Be still my heart! He sang to me so much and just... Guh. Super-talented.

We met some funny 17-year-old guys called Connor and Tom in the line and chilled with them all afternoon while we waited. Connor wore a black leather trench coat and his parents are pagans. We had a christian preacher start talking to us. He asked the guys what they lived for; Connor said chicken and Tom said sex and wanking. I facepalmed, but it was amusing when the guy said 'willy is for weeing only'. Connor said he wants to complete a pagan ritual with a girl where you jump over a fire and then have sex in a field. I just kept thinking of A Very Supernatural Christmas. I wanted to ask if they watched it, but they spoke openly about mighty boosh and amine and I figured they would have mentioned it. I tried on his coat and it went down to my feet, awesome.

I bought a shirt too, it was £18 which is ridiculous, but this was an occasion worth getting a momento of.

I recorded Come Back To Texas too, so I shall try and upload that on YouTube just for you and I hope it caught my god-awful singing.

I'm glad you liked my fic, yay!

If you do get crappy LJ access at work it might just have to mean that one day we IM. In real-time.

True.

Guh! Your whole evening sounds like it was fabulous, even getting on the "wrong" train! And the guitar pick! Aww! That's like, plastic gold right there. I was at a We the Kings concert a few years ago, and two girls got so vicious over a drumstick that was tossed into the crowed that one of the bouncers broke them up and took the stick away and gave it back to Travis.

Do you like We the Kings at all? I like their first album better than their second, but they're awesome live, and so sweet and silly. I hope they play Warped Tour this year. They aren't on the roster yet, but I'm crossing my fingers. It's still early.

Also? Tom and Connor sound like fun. I cracked up at what they live for. XD

COME BACK TO TEXAS! EEE! *dolphin noises*

It was great. I just looked at the picture they took of me and the guys, and... I look scarily happy. But happy! Happy is good. I am totally glomping Erik and Jared is just like "thumbs up" LOL! They are so silly.

I've never actually heard of We the Kings, perhaps I shall investigate them tomorrow. I love all sorts of music, so I'm sure I'll like them. BFS are playing the Download Tour this year, but I don't really do festivals like that. I mean, I would love to if I had a group of friends who went, but definitely wouldn't go on my own! Hah.

Those guys were really strange, but company was awesome.

There was guy there called Linus who is friends with Jaret and in another band with him, and he was singing a song on his own. See, Jared does these awesome podcasts and always plugs his friends bands. So when Linus asked "has anybody heard of Palmdale?" I was like "YES!!" and literally the only one to say yes. He was like "huh, cool" then went on to blahblah about the band. He wanted people to sing along to the chorus of one of their songs, and when he started it, I just starting doing the 'do do do-do' bit.

I felt like a prat as he grinned and laughed, said "close, but a do-do is what you do in the morning... it's ba ba ba-ba' LOL. My bad. At least I was close, and nobody else knew you at all! XD

It was fun.

I have G-Chat, Facebook chat is kind of... Well, I'm not on there enough. We'd be better off sticking to LJ!

I'll message you my Gmail. I only have two contacts on there at the moment and both are LJ friends.

This is off of their first album. They're pretty poppy, but I like them. They're from Florida, and, therefore, are shiny. Also? Travis has a glorious ginger mane and I want to pet it lovingly. And he gave me a scarf fetish. Whatever.

Warped Tour is fun, but you almost have to go with a group, otherwise, you're just kinda in this huge outdoor festival by yourself and...idk. I can't imagine going by myself. However, I'm notorious for getting drunk during the pre-game and falling asleep on the side of the hill, resulting in sunburn. Very very very bad sunburn. Usually on one side of my face. I am awesome.

Idk. The line-up for this year isn't too awesome right now, but I'll probably go regardless because the nearest Kalamazoo venue is in Chicago and Owen would rather shoot himself in the eye than go to Warped with me again. I dragged him there two years ago (which was actually a REALLY GOOD YEAR with the All-American Rejects, Flogging Molly, and Less than Jake) and he sulked the whole time.

I was like "YES!!" and literally the only one to say yes. He was like "huh, cool" then went on to blahblah about the band.

That's funny! Hehehe aww. I always feel so superior when I know about side projects that very few other people do. Like, LOOK. I AM MORE DEDICATED THAN YOU. *is shiny*

I'll add you to my G-chat and send you my name. It has been ever-so-gradually pulling me away from AIM.

"THE UPLOADER HAS NOT MADE THIS VIDEO AVAILABLE IN YOUR COUNTRY", WELL, SCREW YOU THEN!

I've never been an AIM girl. I have MSN that I barely ever sign into, and that has my 1000 or so contacts that I barely remember from my internet travels. I've been online since the age of 11, and I've been on many websites and picked up a lot of people who are mostly creepy. I get "hey!" all of the time, and I don't know if I'm supposed to know these people or not.

I'd love to go to one of the festivals, but as I say, there's nobody to go with and I know Paul would sulk too if I dragged him along,

I love the All-American Rejects <3 I saw them live a good few years back and they were really great, but recently they seemed to have dropped off my radar.

Wheeeee... G-chat! Exciting.

"THE UPLOADER HAS NOT MADE THIS VIDEO AVAILABLE IN YOUR COUNTRY", WELL, SCREW YOU THEN!

I HATE THAT SHIT.

If it makes you feel any better...the BBC uploads episodes of Doctor Who to their website whenever new ones air...BUT I CAN'T WATCH THEM.

I thought the internet was supposed to transcend political borders? WORLD. WIDE. WEB. UGH.

(Sorry. I get protective of the web.)

I used to be an AIM girl, mostly because it seemed like that's what everyone else was using. I've been online since 12 and picked up my share of creepers too. I've gotten better at weeding them out before they get all my contact information though...I think. Maybe. The scariest was this guy I met on LJ a few years ago and he apparently tracked me down through an internet search of Adventureland, because he had taken his kids there over the summer and really liked the place and wanted more info. He stumbled upon my LJ because at the time, I was a moron and referred to the park by it's real name, and I guess he thought I was amusing or something and I didn't mind it at first, but then, like, he wanted to come visit me at school and I was like, "ummmm that's okay, but no" and he started sending me presents which was creepy to begin with, but even creepier because I know I never gave him my address. So, I have a feeling that through some crazy-ass detective work that involved calling the park, getting my full-name, and cross-referencing me with the school, he someone got all of that information...which should have been impossible because of all those LAWS AND SHIT...buuuut yeah. I mean, it wasn't anything awful, it was like, a DVD of a movie that I mentioned watching in class and said I liked, but STILL.

Annnyway, I politely told him thank you but stop sending me stuff and he did. I actually never had any problems with him again, but it freaked me out so bad that I started being more careful about what I said, started using fake names for friends and certain locations. Like, I'll use IUP's real name because it's a HUUUUGE school...but Adventureland is actually a very small park, so, knowing the real name is like sticking a bullseye over my backyard.

/rant

THE INTERNET IS SCARY. Heh.

The All-American Rejects are so great. I loved their first album, hated their second (except for Dirty Little Secret)and came back to them when their third one came out. They make me go \o/

The internet is scary. Like, really scary. Especially that guy... woah. You can trace people so easily though, and everything you do online never really disappears. It's horrible when you think about it, so... I try not to think about it.

I'm really tired now so I'm going to head off to bed (well, I'm sleeping on the sofa tonight, \o/ for being at my parent's).

Speak to you tomorrow hopefully.
